Summary:
We’ll always do our best to fulfill your needs and meet your expectations, but it’s important to have things written down so that we both know what’s expected, and what will happen if something goes wrong. If you’ve purchased any package or service from us, creating that order means you agree to our standard “boilerplate” terms, as outlined below.
Any timetable is highly dependent on the prompt delivery and usability of assets such as photos and copy. Barring issues with that, the typical turnaround time for simple branding is 2–3 weeks, and a simple one- or two-page website or landing page is 3–6 weeks. Beyond that, we’ll want to craft an agreement that spells out the features and functionality we’ll be providing and the timeframe.
What do both parties agree to?
You: You have the authority to enter into this contract on behalf of yourself, your company, or your organization. You agree to promptly provide us with the assets and information we tell you we need to complete the project, in the formats we request. You’ll provide feedback and approval in a timely manner too. Deadlines work two ways, so you’ll also be bound by any dates we set together. You also agree to stick to the payment schedule we set.
Us: We have the experience and ability to do everything we’ve agreed with you and we’ll do it all in a professional and timely manner. We will also maintain the confidentiality of everything you give us. We’ll endeavor to meet every deadline that’s set, but we are not responsible if deadlines are missed or the project stalls because you are unable to provide assets we need. We will give you 30 days warning on close of contract to support the intended outcome of the contract. However, even with no such warning, no project work will be warranted or performed one year after the initial engagement without express agreement.
